This policy applies to all PlayPatch mobile applications & games distributed via the Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or playing any of our titles, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Our games are designed to minimize data collection. We categorize the data processed into the following types:

A. Non-Personal & Automated Technical Data

• Device Identifiers: Anonymous Google Advertising ID (GAID/AAID), operating system version, device model, hardware specifications, and screen resolution. These are used to render graphics properly and display non-intrusive ads.
• Gameplay & Performance Diagnostics: Crash logs, framerate statistics, game level completion milestones, and session duration. Processed via Google Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose and fix software bugs.

B. Information You Provide Directly

• Customer Inquiries: If you contact us via email (simplelivewallpaper@gmail.com), we receive your email address and any details you share in order to resolve your technical support request.

C. Information We DO NOT Collect

• We do NOT collect or store your real name, physical address, phone number, biometric data, microphone/camera feeds, or precise GPS location.
• We do NOT collect financial details or credit card information. All in-app purchases are securely handled exclusively by the Google Play Billing API.

PlayPatch takes child safety very seriously. We comply with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU GDPR for Children, and Google Play's Families Policy requirements.

• We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
• For games directed at or frequently played by children, we ensure that ad requests are flagged as child-directed (e.g., passing tagForChildDirectedTreatment=true to Google Mobile Ads SDK), which disables behavioral tracking and profiling.

07. Data Retention & Storage

We retain diagnostic logs and anonymous aggregated metrics only for as long as necessary to maintain game performance and ensure security (typically up to 90 to 180 days on Firebase servers).

Offline game saves and settings (such as card decks, audio preferences, and high scores) are stored locally in your device's internal application sandbox memory. You can completely erase this data at any time by clearing the game's cache and data or uninstalling the app from your Android device.
